Lauren Hood is a talented, experienced, dog trainer, working currently with renowned dog trainer Ralph Gibson, at Ralph Gibson's World of Dogs. Lauren holds a Bachelors Degree from the University of Alabama, has trained and worked as a veterinary technician, worked for five years in a large veterinary clinic, and has apprenticed with Ralph Gibson for several years.

Lauren has developed special knowledge of and training skills related to "special" dogs. Her own dog, Trump, is totally deaf. Every dog is certainly different but "special needs" dogs pose unique challenges. Lauren has learned how to address those unique challenges through her work with Trump.
